I have struggled with my weight my whole life.
Recently within the last year I have lost 62 lbs, and reached my goal weight. But I still have quite a large belly that no matter how many crunches, sit-ups or other abdominal exercises I do I can't get rid of it or tighten it. I wish I could accept it. After all it's much better than it was before I started my diet. But I am going to have to watch my weight for the rest of my life, and I would feel better about not being able to enjoy a piece of cake if when I looked in the mirror I was completely satisfied.
